(b) We also intend to provide the Data collected to our Group Companies and business partners for use in direct marketing of the above offers and promotions. (b) To the extent there is any inconsistency between this Privacy Policy and the TOU on the collection, use, processing, handling and/or transfer of Data, this Privacy Policy shall prevail.
(c) If there is any discrepancy between the English version and any other language version of this Privacy Policy, the English version shall prevail.
